How much does coaching cost?

A typical personal trainer in a gym will charge you between £45 - £65 for an hour of their time, and that doesn't even include nutrition advice, habit formation, weekly feedback, and check-ins. With me, you get all of that and much more for £46.50 per week online only and £80.00 per week with in person session at my space in Norwich. I know this isn't cheap, and how I work is to get you from needing a coach face to face to no longer needed this. Typically 3 months in-person would be enough for most.
