Craig is extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date about all things body, weight and training related. He also has a kind, respectful and very much collaborative approach to the sessions which means I don't have to think too hard about what's working and what's not - I can just trust the flow. For the past 10 months he's ensured that I have a clear set of targets agreed with him, tailored sessions to suit my changing energy levels and pre-existing injuries and a good level of confidence that I can do this. Craig also carries out regular reviews/adjustment to my routine. Overall I've seen the results in terms of improved strength, stamina and mental well being. Craig doesn't make my efforts to get-fit feel like a chore and I have looked forward to going to the gym for our sessions every week since the beginning.

I've been training with Craig Jackson (Riverside Leisure Centre ) for almost a year now, and believe he is one of the most committed and dedicated trainers. I started a personal one on one session training once a week, and really enjoyed the variety and challenges he put into the sessions. He is really focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. My fitness has improved noticeably, and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups/ core exercises, generally push myself harder throughout each session. Boot camp is a great way to get and keep fit in the fresh air! Craig & Stu are really welcoming and you get lots of encouragement and ‘tough love’ whatever your fitness level! I’m a boot camp veteran and love this type of exercise - if you’re not give it a go - in the current climate it’s the perfect way to exercise safely.

I had never used a gym and started my weekly sessions with Craig with some trepidation but I have come to really enjoy our training sessions.Every week I feel stronger and even things I did not think I could do I have managed, and really enjoy. Craig’s encouragement and positive reinforcement to complete the workouts has helped me to lose weight and build core strength and general conditioning which is the reason I started with him. He has given me advice about diet and calorie intake and steady weight loss, and I continue to see improvements each week. Craig is very welcoming and professional his gym is well equipment and he makes the sessions interesting.I am over 60 and lost my husband and mum less than two years ago which hit me hard after a while l decided l needed to sort my life out and the first two things were eat well and get fit which Craig has help me with.Now l am a lot fitter, slimmer and my knee which l could hardly bend has improved thanks to Craig's exercises. (No replacement knee for me now)

I have been going to Craig's Core Conditioning class for some time. This is a brilliant class, challenging and with enough variety to keep it interesting. As i have had some injuries when needed Craig has adapted the exercises to stretch me but help my recovery. Recently I have had a couple of sessions to work on specific areas - the sessions were perfectly tailored and easily explained. They are sessions I will be able to fit into my schedule and I know will develop my fitness further. I can't recommend Craig enough - fabulous PT.

Having attended plenty of exercise classes in the past I have to say Craig's bootcamps are my absolute favourite, they are engaging, fun and a great workout.Craig is patient when you need a little more guidance and even if its pouring down with rain the sessions fly by.Couldn't recommend more and perfect for all levels of fitness.

Yes we aim to cater for all abilities. Please contact me if you have any special requirements or restrictions.
You do not need to bring any equipment as this is provided. The majority of Catton Park sessions are bodyweight only or we incorporate resistance bands.
At Whitlingham we are able to use more equipment, which is sanitised and supplied for your workout.
All exercises can be adapted to your current level of strength or fitness.
We recommend you bring a water bottle and hand sanitiser. A backpack is a good idea too.
These classes are aimed at over 16’s. No maximum age group.
The classes are designed to test every level. An advanced class is not required nor is a beginners class. All abilities will be pushed to their level in the Bootcamp.
