Workout Routines
Workout programmes is an area where I have a wealth of experience, whether it was a programme for spinning, bootcamp, GP referral rehabilitation I have written it.
Routines for strength, better movement and just to be able to get out of a low chair more easily are all areas I can build the appropriate routine for you.
Best Training
The best training for one person might be different for another. Clicking the one programme fits all box isn't usually the right move. I will assess your movement and build a programme that is progressive but most importantly the right one for you.
Motivation
Motivation is hard for a lot of people sometimes, and I would be lying if I said that I haven't lost motivation for exercise in the past. Having personal training can help you stay motivated and hold you accountable.

Where do I work from?
I have built a fully functional private gym studio space in Old Catton.
This means that there is no personal training on the fly, as all equipment for the session is available.
Plus if you are someone that feels self-conscious in the gym, there will be no one there to distract or make you feel uncomfortable.
