What is Online or Hybrid Personal Training?

Personal Trainers are hired to help deliver results with an individual's fitness, movement and of course their goal(s).  


Ideally, we would like a client to exercise 2 to 3 times per week, however employing a personal trainer 3 times per week face to face may be outside of budget.


A great way to get enough programmed coaching into your week without breaking the bank is Hybrid Personal Training!


So what is included in Hybrid Training??



You will have;


  • 1 x 60 minute personal training per week at AFN's private indoor training space.
  • Your movement will be assessed and an appropriate bespoke programme will be written for you.
  • Access to AFN's mobile app to follow and log workouts, calories, provide feedback on sessions and to message your coach for any help.
  • Every week you will get a video feedback of your sessions

This sounds great but I'm not local.  Can I still train with AFN?

100% YES

Online Personal Training is the solution, instead of a weekly face to face session, all workouts are designed an completed through AFN's member's App.  We would then have a four weekly video 121 catch up and of course you can contact through the message facility with our App.


Plus you get all the other benefits above (minus face to face of course).
