About me

I have been in to fitness for the past 22 years and originally qualified as a fitness instructor in 2003.  At this time I took the qualification so I could understand fitness for my own personal training whilst I pursued a career in finance.

In 2010 I became a father and took a career break to be a full time Dad. My fitness slowed down which took its toll on my physical appearance, general fitness levels and my mental wellbeing.  

After developing sleep problems, I decided to get back into fitness, I got back into training, learning, researching and re-sat all my fitness instructor, personal trainer exams + more.  I also featured in Muscle Food’s tranformation stories and decided to change career to where my passion always was… FITNESS.
