For outdoor bootcamp

AFN operate outside bootcamps at Whitlingham Country Park and Catton Park throughout the week.  

IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA APPLIES TO YOU, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES COME TO A BOOTCAMP, ISOLATE FOR 7 DAYS (or 14 days if applicable, see below) AND ONLY RETURN AFTER THIS PERIOD IF NO SYMPTOMS ARE PRESENT AND YOU HAVE THE ALL CLEAR ACCORDING TO THE LATEST GOVERNMENT ADVICE BELOW.
 
⛔️ You have any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) which include:
 
  • a new continuous cough
  • a high temperature
  • a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)
 
⛔️ You’re waiting for a coronavirus test result
 
⛔️ You’ve tested positive (you have coronavirus)
 
If you do not have symptoms of coronavirus but any of the following apply, self-isolate AND DO NOT COME TO THE BOOTCAMPS for 14 days:
 
⛔️ You live with someone who has symptoms, has tested positive or is waiting for a test result
 
⛔️ Someone in your support bubble has symptoms, has tested positive or is waiting for a test result

  • Monday - 19:00
  • Thursday - 19:00
  • Saturday - 07:30

BOOTCAMPS - Catton Park

  • Tuesday - 07:00 & 08:00
  • Wednesday - 09:30 & 19:00
  • Thursday - 07:00

BOOTCAMP sessions are 45 minutes and cost £5.00 each or buy 12 for 10

FAQ

Yes we aim to cater for all abilities.  Please contact me if you have any special requirements or restrictions.

The majority of classes use bodyweight movements.  Especially with COVID19 we have decided that the safest way to exercise.

Some sessions we will provide resistance bands which are individually disinfected and bagged.  If you would prefer to have your own you can purchase a band here: BUY

We recommend you bring a water bottle and hand sanitiser.  A backpack is a good idea too.

These classes are aimed at over 16’s.  No maximum age group.

The classes are designed to test every level.  An advanced class is not required nor is a beginners class.  All abilities will be pushed to their level in the Bootcamp.
