AFN operate outside bootcamps at Whitlingham Country Park and Catton Park throughout the week.

The majority of classes use bodyweight movements.
Some sessions we will provide resistance bands which are individually disinfected and bagged. If you would prefer to have your own you can purchase a band here: BUY
On Saturdays we run a Strength Saturday session where we use equipment. Each station with equipment has it’s own sanitise kit.
We recommend you bring a water bottle and hand sanitiser. A backpack is a good idea too.
These classes are aimed at over 16’s. No maximum age group.
The classes are designed to test every level. An advanced class is not required nor is a beginners class. All abilities will be pushed to their level in the Bootcamp.
