.  Any ability can take part as exercises are modified for all abilities.

ZOOM Timetable

Select class via TeamUp.

After registering you will be sent an email with a link to your booked ZOOM class.  This will not be active until 15 minutes prior to class start time.  Do not delete this email otherwise you wont be able to access the class.

Note: ZOOM classes cancelled within 4 hours of start time will be charged at full rate.

For Rucksack Resistance, you will need a backpack (rucksack) loaded with weight (books/rice etc) you can lift above your head 15 – 20 times

Yes I try to cater for all abilities.  Please contact me if you have any special requirements or restrictions.

Majority of classes use bodyweight movements only and no equipment required.

Classes are £5.00.  

These classes are aimed at over 16’s.  No maximum age group.

No as not needed.  The classes are designed so you work at your level, whether you are a beginner or an athlete.
